EVENT SPACE - ROYAL THRONE EVENT CENTER

    HOST YOUR EVENT WITH US!

    Elegantly designed industrial event space situated in Raleigh NC off 440.


    Perfect venue for hosting various events like Baby showers, Birthdays, Dinner Parties, Retirements, Graduations, and more.


    The Royal Throne Event Center features two main rooms accommodating up to 150 guests in total, two bathrooms, a food-prep warming area (no cooking allowed), a changing room, a two-floor DJ area, and a small foyer.

    You are welcome to bring your own caterer and certified bartender (ABC Limited Special Occasion Permit required).


    We also provide event rentals and decoration services at special rates for our venue clients.

    What is included with the Rental ?

    • Access to entire event space (both areas) Aprox. 2200 SQFT -18ft H ceiling 
    • 15 Round 72” Tables 
    • 150 White Chiavari Chairs 
    • 2 - 4ft Rectangular tables 
    • 2 - 8ft Rectangular tables
    • 6 - 6ft Rectangular tables
    • 2- 37” Cocktail table 
    • 1- Mobil Bar 
    • Capacity for 150 guests seating, 300 standing

    • Set up of chairs and tables prior to arrival 
    • Bathroom Toiletries

    • *Trash Disposal 

    *All trash has to be remove from tables and placed in trash cans. 

    *Any spills have to be spot clean. For your convince there will be mop and broom in kitchen 

    (Chairs and Tables amount to be use has to be requested, NOT ALL will be left out)

    FRIDAY OR HOLIDAYS

    Rates excludes Saturdays

    Booking Per Hour

    $180 per/hour

    Minimum of 5 hours 

    Must include set up and breakdown time in your booking time. No additional time will be allotted outside of time frame

    All Day Booking

    $1700 per/12 hrs

    For a total of 12 Hours 

    Must include set up and breakdown time in your booking time. No additional time will be allotted outside of time frame

    Additional Hours For Friday or Holidays

    $100 per/hour

    Price Per Hour 

    *Maximum of 2 added hrs 

    *Time flexibility will vary depending on availability

    *Taxes and a $100 refundable damage retainer fee will apply.  


    SATURDAYS

    Including holidays that fall on a Saturdays

    Booking Per Hour

    $200 per/hour

    Minimum of 5 hours 

    Must include set up and breakdown time in your booking time. No additional time will be allotted outside of time frame

    All Day Booking

    $2000 per/12 hrs

    For a total of 12 Hours 

    Must include set up and breakdown time in your booking time. No additional time will be allotted outside of time frame

    Additional Hours For Saturday

    $125 per/hour

    Price Per Hour 

    *Maximum of 2 added hrs 

    *Time flexibility will vary depending on availability

    *Taxes and a $100 refundable damage retainer fee will apply.  


    SUNDAYS

    Rates excludes holidays

    Booking Per Hour

    $150 per/hour

    Minimum of 5 hours 

    Must include set up and breakdown time in your booking time. No additional time will be allotted outside of time frame

    All Day Booking

    $1400 per/12 hrs

    For a total of 12 Hours 

    Must include set up and breakdown time in your booking time. No additional time will be allotted outside of time frame

    Additional Hours For Saturday

    $90 per/hour

    Price Per Hour 

    *Maximum of 2 added hrs 

    *Time flexibility will vary depending on availability

    *Taxes and a $100 refundable damage retainer fee will apply.  


    MONDAY THRU THURSDAY

    Rates excludes holidays.

    Booking Per Hour

    $100 per/hour

    Minimum of 5 hours 

    Must include set up and breakdown time in your booking time. No additional time will be allotted outside of time frame

    All Day Booking

    $900 per/12 hrs

    For a total of 12 Hours 

    Must include set up and breakdown time in your booking time. No additional time will be allotted outside of time frame

    Additional Hours For Saturday

    $75 per/hour

    1. Contact us to express interest.
    2. Confirm availability of date and time with venue POC.
    3. Check email for contract and invoice.
    4. Sign contract and pay the due amount.

    • Taxes and fees will apply 
    • Card Payment transaction fees will apply 
    • Damage retainer fee is tax-free; damage retainer fee is added on to your rental fee and refunded if no items are missing nor damage occurs.
    • Refunds are processed within 48 hours post-event, contingent on no damages or missing items.
